Job Description
Inspect incoming parts, materials, and documentation to meet technical data and purchase order requirements. Perform visual inspections, use precision measuring equipment, and document discrepancies. Assist other inspectors and maintain quality system compliance.

Requirements

  • Inspect incoming parts and materials for visual damage and documentation compliance
  • Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, plug gauges, and optical comparators
  • Document discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Production, Methods, Engineering, and/or Material Review Board (MRB)
  • Maintain inspection documentation and production work instructions
  • Assist other inspectors in in-process inspections within area(s) of qualifications
