Role OverviewThe Receiving Lead will lead warehouse operations, support receiving and shipping activities, coordinate trailer movements, maintain inventory accuracy, and help train team members while ensuring safety and food quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include leading the shift in execution of receiving, unloading and staging raw materials, utilizing D365 to record all inventory transactions, and coordinating trailer movements with other facilities.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of warehouse, receiving, manufacturing, or distribution experience
- Previous leadership or team lead experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Experience with D365 or other warehouse management systems
- Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO practices
- Safety-minded and able to work well in a team environment
