Receiving Lead

The Receiving Lead oversees all incoming and outgoing material shipments, coordinates communication, and executes all shipping and receiving activities to meet customer service expectations. This role includes supervising the receiving team, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include overseeing the process of unloading, inspecting, verifying QC, and filing paperwork for all incoming materials, ensuring proper stocking and replenishment of all incoming materials, verifying that all incoming materials match the shipper's ticket and computer inventory count, and documenting and addressing all discrepancies or QC issues on the Bill of Material.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in warehousing shipping and receiving
• Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365
• Ability to effectively communicate [written and verbal]
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Detailed oriented work style comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while maintaining a consistent work approach
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test
