Job Description
Join our team and live the Ollie-tude! As a Receiving Team Leader, you will oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of the receiving area, manage freight flow, and maintain back stock and damaged goods to minimize profit loss.
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months' retail experience in a mid-size to large retail service-oriented business preferred
Ability to work evenings, 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to exercise sound judgment
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and activities and work within strict timeframes and deadlines
Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to effective communicate information and delegate tasks
