Role OverviewThe Receiving Team Leader oversees the efficient operation and maintenance of the receiving area, responsible for accurate and timely execution of freight flow to the sales floor, maintaining back stock, and managing damaged goods.
What You Will Do
Plan, unload, check in, and merchandise distribution shipments, receive and verify direct vendor shipments, manage freight flow, and prepare and process outbound transfers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
