Role OverviewAs a Reception Specialist at OPA, you will provide outstanding customer service to patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and complete precertification and verification tasks. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for providing compassionate, skillful, patient care. You will work closely with the billing and other departments providing services.
What You Will Do
Provide outstanding customer service to all patients, perform insurance verification and prior authorizations, educate patients on insurance coverage limits and options, schedule appointments, answer phones, data entry, collect deposits and co-pays, and complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
