Role OverviewServe as patients' first point of contact, create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk, and guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient.
What You Will Do
Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model, advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes, and receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic proficiency in computer skills, and the ability to work some evenings and Saturdays. Preferred qualifications include receptionist experience in a health care setting, customer service experience, administrative experience, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems experience.
