Job Description
The Receptionist at our dealership is the face and the voice of our store, the very first impression. This is a position that offers a lot of growth and potential for promotion within the company. The ideal Receptionist would be continuously smiling, multi-tasking, speaking with customers over the phone and in person, and still smiling.

Requirements

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Providing basic information when needed
  • Stocking New Units
  • Handling Dealer Trade Pick Ups and Drop Offs
  • Working with accounting to assist with contacting customers regarding their registration stickers
  • Coordinate fleet pickups and paperwork
  • Greeting customers
  • Data entry
  • Light filing
