Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 1-year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Punctual with solid time-management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication
