Role OverviewHDR is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary receptionist for the St. Louis Park, MN office and provide administrative support for the Minnesota/Wisconsin Area. This full-time, in-office position is responsible for creating a professional and welcoming experience for employees, clients, and visitors while supporting office operations, meeting coordination, employee communications, and administrative activities for leadership and business groups.
What You Will Do
Answer and direct phone calls, greet employees and visitors, distribute incoming mail, maintain conference rooms and reception area, assist with coordination of large in-house or client meetings, process incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages, process business card orders, coordinate with property management and office vendors, assist Area Manager and HR Manager with executive administrative support, coordinate employee engagement events, and provide administrative support to all business groups as needed.
