Role OverviewThe Receptionist is responsible for greeting & directing residents and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, monitoring and responding to emergency call panels and situations, addressing resident and visitor questions and needs, performing routine office and administrative support work for staff and residents, and providing an overall welcoming environment for both Sur and Norte lobbies (incumbent may be assigned to more than one location) of the facility.
What You Will Do
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner, welcome residents and visitors in a warm and friendly manner, maintain lobby, reception area, and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner, monitor annunciator panels for emergencies and fire alarms, and provide general administrative support to staff and residents as needed.
