Role Overview

The Receptionist will provide efficient and courteous service to all residents and public. This is a part-time position with a schedule of every Thursday from 4:30PM-8:30PM, every other weekend from 9AM-5PM, and every other Wednesday 4:30PM-8:30PM, and every other Friday from 3PM-8:30PM. Possible opportunity to pick up other evening shifts and day shifts when needed.

What You Will Do

Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer calls to the appropriate department, daily resident check in, answering routine telephone inquiries, greet all residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
