Role OverviewThe Receptionist will provide efficient and courteous service to all residents and public. This is a part-time position with a schedule of 3 days per week, with weekday coverage from 7:30am-2pm or 2pm-8:30pm and every other weekend from 7:30am-12pm and 7:30am-2pm. The position entails standing for long periods of time and requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.
What You Will Do
Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer calls to the appropriate department, perform daily resident check in, answer routine telephone inquiries, greet all residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School diploma; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
