Role OverviewThe Receptionist is responsible for relaying incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and performing various patient intake duties. The main day-to-day responsibilities include consistently providing excellent patient service, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism, and performing pre-registration/registration processes for all scheduled visits.
