Role OverviewThe Receptionist plays a key role in supporting guests, patients, and families by delivering consistent, high-quality customer service. This position serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and works closely with nursing and administrative teams to ensure a positive experience for all individuals entering the facility.
What You Will Do
Greet patients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of their visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate area, Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; take messages and schedule appointments as needed, Receive mail, documents, packages, and deliveries; distribute items to the appropriate departments

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
