Role OverviewThe Receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, greeting vendors and customers, distributing mail, and performing various administrative tasks. The role involves prolonged sitting, talking, and hearing, as well as standing and walking. The employee may occasionally be required to commute to pick up supplies and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Receptionist will include answering phones, distributing mail, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and supporting plant events. The role may also involve some accounting responsibilities, including Bill of Ladings.
