Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as a first point of contact for customers in the retail space and on the phone. They must be exceptional at creating intentional customer experiences by being enthusiastic, personable, and welcoming upon every customer’s interaction with the store.

What You Will Do

Manage patient check-in procedures, verify necessary documentation and identification, and provide basic information about available products and services. Create intentional experiences for customers by building authentic relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma
• Open availability (ability to work all hours required without restrictions)
