What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of a Receptionist include answering phone calls, retrieving messages, taking and delivering messages, welcoming visitors, and performing various clerical duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification
  • Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs
  • Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Able to write simple correspondence
  • Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Able to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
  • Able to operate: telephone, emergency call system, monitoring board or beeper, photocopier
