Requirements

  • General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Answer and direct calls to the appropriate destination
  • Welcomes on-site visitors and manages visitor access
  • Ensure reception, conference, and break rooms are tidy
  • Order lunches and snacks for meetings
  • Monitor visitor access and issue passes
  • Order, receives, and maintains office supplies
  • Answer basic inventory questions
  • Manage employee badge requests
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
