Job Description
The Receptionist/Secretary is responsible for greeting visitors, answering the telephone, and performing various administrative duties.
Requirements
High school graduate, preferably with business school or appropriate previous experience
Typing skills - 50-60 WPM preferred
Proficient computer skills, including experience with MicroSoft 365 or similar software
Ability to work with professionals and general public
Must do neat, accurate work and complete it on time
Must treat confidential information
Must be mature, dependable, and able to assume responsibility
Must be able to work with minimum supervision and have the ability to set priorities
