Job Description
The Receptionist/Secretary is responsible for greeting visitors, answering the telephone, and performing various administrative duties.

Requirements

  • High school graduate, preferably with business school or appropriate previous experience
  • Typing skills - 50-60 WPM preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with MicroSoft 365 or similar software
  • Ability to work with professionals and general public
  • Must do neat, accurate work and complete it on time
  • Must treat confidential information
  • Must be mature, dependable, and able to assume responsibility
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision and have the ability to set priorities
