Reconstruction Project Director

The Reconstruction Project Director is responsible for the end-to-end leadership of reconstruction projects, with full accountability for financial performance, client experience, and project outcomes.

What You Will Do

Develop scopes of work and estimates, own project budgets, margin performance, forecasting, and cost controls; serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in construction and/or restoration project leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials and customer relationships
• Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy
