Role Overview

The Records Analyst receives, prepares, and processes records/documents and drawings, determining records retention requirements, analyzing and indexing pertinent information, and converting hardcopy documents to electronic files. The Records Analyst provides administrative support for the corporate records retention program and operates various types of image/micrographics production and test equipment.

What You Will Do

Receive and prepare records for additional processing, analyze and index technical and administrative records/documents and drawings, process and perform quality assurance reviews for new and updated drawings, and maintain, update, and control safeguards and NERC related drawings, microfilm and hardcopy files.

The successful candidate will have a two-year degree in a Business/Management related field and one year of experience in one or more areas listed under the Essential Duties and Responsibilities, or a high school diploma and two or more years relevant experience. The candidate will also have NERC Cyber Security Clearance – Safeguards Clearance and be able to operate various types of image/micrographics production and test equipment.

Requirements
