Role OverviewThe Records and Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures that client records in residential programs comply with state and federal regulations, laws, and mandates. They prepare and submit required reports, conduct compliance checks, and serve as a liaison between the agency and DCS Regional Resource units.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include conducting weekly and monthly compliance checks, issuing alerts and reminders, compiling information for monthly meetings, tracking serious incident reports, and preparing and submitting compliance reports.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a mental health setting, performing administrative duties, or as a direct service professional, and a high school diploma with a bachelor's degree preferred.
