Job Description
Under the general supervision of Trust Services management and direct supervision of the Residential Leasing Supervisor, process and analyze a wide variety of realty documents and transactions.

Requirements

  • Review documents and identify any defects.
  • As applicable, notify clients of existing defects or correct existing defects.
  • Create and maintain files in both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Perform extensive records research and document proof-reading.
  • Create daily work reports and other data reports as needed.
  • Maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Data entry into a Federal system of record.
  • Convert documents to formats for uploading into electronic system.
