What You Will Do
As a Records, Strategy and Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for applying Department of War records management requirements and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) guidance to electronic records management activities, supporting records appraisal, classification, retention, transfer, preservation, and disposition activities, and assessing and organizing electronic records stored in O: Drives and other legacy repositories.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
- 2+ years of experience in records management, information governance, information management, or federal records programs
- Experience supporting defense records management activities
- Experience applying National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) guidance, records schedules, retention and disposition requirements, records transfer procedures, preservation requirements, and records documentation processes
- Experience managing electronic records and applying records lifecycle concepts
- Experience supporting records migration, file inventory, data cleansing, repository consolidation, or file analysis efforts involving network drives or other legacy repositories
- Experience using SharePoint Online, including document libraries, metadata, permissions, versioning, content types, and information architecture
