Recovery Associate

The Recovery Associate is responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring the correct return of merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves interacting with the team in a fast-paced environment, working independently, and navigating computer systems. The Recovery Associate will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the department, including wiping down shelves and sweeping beneath them.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of the Recovery Associate include guaranteeing the correct return of merchandise, maintaining well-stocked shelves, ensuring the store's cleanliness and appealing presentation, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Recovery Associate will also be responsible for organizing, restocking, and arranging products for effective displays, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of all featured products, and completing the daily department recovery process.

• Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Physical ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.
• Ability to use a ladder and/or pallet jack.
• Able to navigate and access all facilities.
• Close vision for computer-related activities.
