Recovery Associate

The Recovery Associate is responsible for upholding the store's general look and arrangement, ensuring the correct return of merchandise to the sales floor, maintaining well-stocked shelves, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and appealing presentation. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, greeting customers, and assisting with inquiries. The Recovery Associate will also participate in cross-training for flexibility in various departments and responsibilities.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of the Recovery Associate include maintaining the department's cleanliness and organization, completing the daily department recovery process, and adhering to Indoor Merchandising Guide standards. The role also involves operating handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment, and providing friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others.

• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.

• Close vision for computer-related activities.
