Job Description
The Recovery Coach Coordinator is a key member of the Community Based Services team, supporting the delivery of consistent, high-quality recovery coaching across our programs. This role combines direct recovery coaching with coordination and operational support, including workflow coordination, client tracking, documentation support, and onboarding of new recovery coaches.
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recovery support services or a related field.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Must maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 standards.
Engage in quality improvement (QI) activities to support program performance and service excellence.
Access to reliable transportation as travel between program sites and community locations as required to support service delivery.
Completion of a recognized Recovery Coach Academy required or ability to complete within the first year of employment.
