Role OverviewThis position is responsible for promoting mental health recovery through a person-centered approach focusing on independence and integration. The role involves delivering mental health assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for clients impacted by emotional/behavioral impairment and serious, persistent mental illness. Work is very broad in scope and requires a high level of professionalism.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include completing client assessments, developing care plans, providing progress reports, communicating with referral sources, and participating in treatment team meetings. The role also involves providing case management, skills training, and development as a primary intervention to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social services, psychology, or mental health, or a minimum of 2 years of qualified work experience in behavioral health. The role requires tact, judgment, and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients, and families, as well as fellow associates of the Agency.
