Role OverviewThe Case Manager provides case management and crisis intervention services to residents of the Recovery House program using a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach. This role supports formerly homeless individuals in maintaining stable housing, strengthening recovery, and achieving greater independence while fostering a positive and supportive residential community.
What You Will Do
The Case Manager helps residents navigate challenges, build resilience, and work toward individualized goals. The position collaborates with residents, service providers, and community partners to coordinate access to mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other supportive services.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Work/Human Services
- Minimum of two years of professional experience working directly with clients who have a variety of behavioral health needs
- Familiarity with the physiological, psychological, social, and economic effects of homelessness
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle
