Job Description
The Recovery Housing Program Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative oversight of quality assurance systems for recovery housing programs, project coordination, and management of the Dimensions Life Skills Training Program.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of recovery community and culture
  • Knowledge of recovery housing or behavioral health services
  • Knowledge of the addiction recovery process
  • Experience with NARR standards implementation
  • Background in recovery housing operations
  • Knowledge of continuous quality improvement methods
  • Understanding of recovery-oriented systems of care
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed approaches
  • Certified Peer Recovery Specialist or equivalent
  • Experience in recovery community organization
