Job Description
Valley Hope of Grapevine is seeking a Recovery Peer Support Specialist / Case Manager to join our dedicated team. We provide healing residential and outpatient drug and alcohol addiction treatment services and are mission-driven with a strong culture of teamwork.

Requirements

  • One (1) plus years of experience in a similar position and/or healthcare environment.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • CPR Certification
  • Be state specific certified in Peer Support, or complete certification within three (3) months of employment.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in recovery.
  • Be a United States veteran and provide proper documentation.
  • Knowledge of veteran issues, local and national resources, along with some basic understanding of mental illness and substance use disorders.
