Job Description
Join LifeLink to save lives through organ and tissue donation. As a Recovery Services Specialist/Training Supervisor, you will direct the resources available to bring about a successful recovery of organs and tissues for transplantation and research, and train new staff and ongoing competency evaluation and training for current staff members.

Requirements

  • Actively participates in the call schedule and responds to all potential organ donors appropriately.
  • Responsible for all aspects of donor evaluation and management.
  • Creates a positive learning environment for coworkers through effective communication and exhibits strong leadership skills.
  • Possesses knowledge of medical and legal principles of donor evaluation, consent, management, and allocation.
  • Demonstrates working knowledge and competence with organ recovery policies and procedures.
