Recovery Site Lead

The Recovery Site Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a recovery housing setting, supporting residents on their path to health and well-being. This role is responsible for resident screening and intake, case management support, compliance and safety oversight, budget and supply management, data reporting, and coordination of house activities.

What You Will Do

The Recovery Site Lead will complete screening, selection, and intake of potential residents, provide client case management, oversee house meetings and activities, collect and process toxicology screens, manage expenses and budget, and ensure compliance with regulatory recovery housing bodies.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field
• Experience working with at-risk clients in a recovery house setting
• Active license in social work, clinical counseling, or couples and family therapy (preferred)
• Advanced communication skills, both oral and written
• Advanced organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Knowledge of local behavioral health systems, housing, legal systems, and social services
• Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions
• Access to reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
• An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage
• Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
• Ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection
