Job Description
The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served, providing direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 1 year of experience, including lived experience or previous work experience in other medical professions working with co-morbid mental health conditions
  • Certification as a CNA or its equivalent is acceptable documentation of nursing skills knowledge
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
