Role Overview

The Recovery Specialist Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision, coaching, and discipline for an assigned team of Recovery Specialists. Coordinates and participates in all elements of direct care on the assigned shift.

Must have BA/BS in behavioral sciences field with two (2) year inpatient experience OR a high school diploma and one (1) year as a Lead Recovery Specialist II with three (3) years inpatient experience OR a high school diploma with at least four (4) years' experience in a behavioral health setting with two (2) of those years being inpatient experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in behavioral sciences field with two (2) year inpatient experience

  • CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified
  • Meets requirements for Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor credential
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
