Job Description
The Recovery Supervisor is responsible for analysis and monitoring of claims audit data across multiple platforms, managing and prioritizing staff daily work assignments, and reducing response timeframes and mitigating future inquiries or escalations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a medical or insurance field
  • 2+ years of previous supervisory/management or project management experience
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CMS guidelines and ICD-10 coding guidelines
