Role OverviewThe Recovery Support Specialist works hands-on with clients on a non-clinical basis, providing direct supervision, support, and encouragement based on the 12 Steps. They are responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, observing medication administration, and assisting with client admissions and discharges.

The Recovery Support Specialist will also assist with client admissions and discharges, transport clients to meetings and appointments, and document behavioral issues.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 12-step recovery knowledge a plus
- Some computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
