Role OverviewHope on Haven Hill is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Recovery Support Specialists (RSS) to join our residential treatment team. This role is essential to creating a safe, welcoming, and recovery-focused environment for women receiving substance use treatment, with a special emphasis on supporting pregnant and parenting women and their children.
What You Will Do
Provide direct support and supervision to residents in a residential treatment setting. Create a safe, respectful, trauma-informed environment for clients and their children. Assist clients with daily routines, transportation coordination, childcare-related activities, and recovery-focused programming.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Certified Recovery Support Worker (CRSW) certification preferred
