Job Description
The Recovery Team Leader serves as a lead operational resource for Recovery Coordinators, providing hands-on support with intake coordination and key processes, including prior authorizations, continued stay reviews, and discharge documentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required
  • Ability to obtain CPR certification within three (3) months of hire
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working with electronic health records or similar systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
