Role OverviewThe Recreation Attendant - Guest Service will create a welcoming experience by greeting guests, answering questions, and providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service. They will connect guests with programs and services, handle guest concerns, and represent the Town of Erie with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What You Will Do
The Recreation Attendant - Guest Service will perform regular and routine duties in the day-to-day operations of the Erie Community Center and the Ballpark at Erie, including greeting guests, accepting and processing memberships, and providing P.E.A.K. guest service.

Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age to work Front Desk, Kid Station, Concessions, Ice Rink, Coal Creek Cafe and/or the Fitness Area
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- One-year related experience is preferred
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certification within three months of employment
