Role OverviewThe Recreation Coordinator performs basic work developing, planning, organizing and promoting activities for senior citizen programs, assisting the Parks and Recreation department with other programs and events as needed, designing program and marketing material for the Parks and Recreation department, and related work as required.
What You Will Do
Develops, plans, organizes, and leads activities for senior citizens; hires, supervises and evaluates program instructors. Coordinates programs and event activities with other community agencies and stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Social work, or related field
- One year experience in community/public program management, senior activities planning, or related field
