Job Description
The Recreation Leader position involves responsible work planning, coordinating, and supervising recreational activities, ensuring compliance with safety and facility maintenance standards. This role requires a detail-oriented and dependable individual with strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid Driver's License.

Requirements

  • Safety inspection, compliance monitoring, planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating athletic programs.
  • Monitoring equipment, supplies, and facilities, and assisting with cleaning and maintenance.
  • Leading various activities, preparing program evaluations, and providing information to the public.
  • Assist with delivery, setup, and removal of equipment at events.
  • Assist with personal care needs of individuals in various ages.
  • Operate vehicles and equipment safely.
  • Administer CPR and First Aid (CPR Certification required within 6 months).
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License
  • Maintain a CDL B
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Maintain proficiency in the use of computer software
