Job Description
Recreation Leader II develops and/or leads various recreational activities under the supervision of a Program Coordinator or Recreation Specialist. Must be available to work flexible hours and schedules.

Requirements

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of campers and program participants
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons, renters, and the public
  • Develop, lead, and supervise general recreation programs, activities, and special events
  • Maintain essential records and prepare reports
  • Perform daily administrative tasks (cleaning, filing, sorting, answering phones, copying)
  • Conduct pre/post event rental checklists with renters
  • Assist with the setup, cleanup, and breakdown of programs, events, and activities
  • Serve meals and snacks to program participants as needed
  • Supervise and enroll customers in general recreation programs for all ages across various areas (childcare, fitness studio, courts) and at events
