Role OverviewThe Recreation Supervisor oversees daily recreation operations, coordinates guest activities and events, and leads the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role ensures recreational programs and facilities are safe, engaging, and well-maintained while promoting a fun and welcoming environment for guests.
What You Will Do
Supervise and support Recreation Attendants, plan and coordinate guest activities, events, and seasonal programs, maintain recreation facilities and equipment, and ensure excellent guest service.

Requirements
- Supervise and support Recreation Attendants
- Plan, coordinate, and lead guest activities, events, and seasonal programs
- Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and organization of recreation facilities and equipment
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching
- Monitor participation, activity supplies, and facility needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and hotel policies
