Role OverviewWe are seeking a qualified recreational vehicle (RV) technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs. The ideal candidate will have a solid experience in RV maintenance, experience in towing, and excellent customer service skills.
What You Will Do
Diagnose and repair problems in RV systems, inspect RVs to identify potential problems or necessary maintenance, perform general and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair issues related to engines, brakes, axles, and other RV components, perform towing tasks, communicate clearly the repair needs and recommendations to customers, maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and services performed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in RV maintenance and repair
- Basic knowledge of RV systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical
- 2+ years of experience in towing, with a strong knowledge of safe towing protocols
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with local roads and geography is a plus
