Role OverviewThe primary function of the Recruit Specialist is to effectively communicate with military recruiters and recruits nationwide about Armed Forces Bank, N.A. (AFB) Recruit Program. The promotion of the AFB Recruit Program requires a strong knowledge of the various military branches of service, recruiting, and recruiters, and results in opening new accounts for recruits by a Recruit Specialist.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include communication with military recruits and recruiters via outbound communication, accepting and responding to incoming communication, performing account opening and maintenance, and researching and assembling information to support promotion efforts.
