Role OverviewThe primary function of the Recruit Specialist is to effectively communicate with military recruiters and recruits nationwide about Armed Forces Bank, N.A. (AFB) Recruit Program. The promotion of the AFB Recruit Program requires a strong knowledge of the various military branches of service, recruiting, and recruiters, and results in opening new accounts for recruits by a Recruit Specialist.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include communication with military recruits and recruiters, account opening and maintenance, research and promotion of the Recruit Program, and continual development of knowledge regarding the bank and its products.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
