Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, and partner with account managers to understand client staffing needs.

Requirements
- 2+ years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MSP/VMS experience a plus
- Avionte, JazzHR, and/or Fieldglass experience a plus
