Role OverviewA Recruiter is responsible for putting people to work, helping them get ahead, and connecting their skills to clients. Drives all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates, associates, and clients.
What You Will Do
Source and attract candidates, review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens and interviews, coordinate and schedule interviews, provide guidance and support to candidates, engage with community partners, and maintain data in applicant tracking system.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industry experience in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn)
